Forensics
Bruker offers a wide range of analytical instruments to help forensic scientists - offering turn-key solutions for identification of crime scene evidence, toxicology, drug abuse and pharmaceuticals.
Portable X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF)
ARTAX is the first commercially available, portable micro-XRF spectrometer designed to meet the requirements for a spectroscopic analysis of unique and valuable objects on site, i.e. in archeometry and art history.
Total Reflection X-ray Fluorescence (TXRF) Spectroscopy
The S2 PICOFOX is the world's first and only portable benchtop instrument for fast quantitative and semi-quantitative multi-element microanalysis of liquids, solids, and contaminations using the principle of total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.
µ-XRF Spectroscopy
The M4 TORNADO is a tabletop µ-XRF spectrometer for the analysis of all kinds of samples, especially for non-homogenous or even samples with irregular shapes and rough surfaces. The large sample chamber accomodates a wide variety of sample sizes.
X-ray Diffraction (XRD)
The D8 DISCOVER brings innovative Thin Film Solutions from the forefront of research to quality control, product and process development. Based on the D8 platform with reliable mechanics and ergonomic design the D8 DISCOVER includes a whole set of unique advantages. As for instance the third generation of Göbel Mirrors providing the x-ray highest flux density, which is essential for all thin film applications.
Raman Microscopy
The N8 NEOS SENTERRA is the new combination of the most flexible N8 NEOS Scanning Probe Microscope with Bruker's SENTERRA Raman microscope. The instrument provides high resolution topography measurements at the molecular level with the capability to perform chemical analysis by Raman spectroscopy.
