EQUA ALL – Standardless results with energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF)
EQUA ALL is the unique universal calibration that enables you to achieve results with energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) from the very beginning.
EQUA ALL is the standardless method for semi-quantitative results for
- Elements from Na – U
- Concentration ranges from 100 % - ppm
- Materials (Metals, Oxides, Oils,…)
- Preparations (like pressed pellets, beads, solids, liquids,…)
EQUA ALL can be operated by TouchControl to achieve good results for totally unknown samples. You learn more about your samples using the unique evaluation tools. EQUA ALL can also be used as a toolbox to setup your material specific EQUA method without performing a calibration.
EQUA ALL automatically corrects for line overlaps without any adjustments and performs matrix effect corrections using the successful established variable α matrix correction!
