Compact Eulerian cradle
- Compact Eulerian cradle
This Eulerian cradle integrates phi and chi rotations, as well as z translation into one compact sample stage.
It can be mounted to any vertical D8 ADVANCE with DAVINCI with a measurement circle of at least 500 mm. The stage is fully integrated in the DIFFRACplus measurement software.
Specifications
- Motorized Chi movement: from -5° to 95° with step size 0.02°
- Motorized Phi rotation: from -360° to 360° with step size 0.001°
- Manual Z-translation: 2 mm
- Load capacity of 250 g
- Bayonet fixture for alignment free switching to other sample stages
